And baby makes two
Big language milestone for the little Rabbit this week. From his delightful array of (mostly) nouns, he has learnt how to make meaningful word combinations. So, we have "ullo Daddy", "bye-bye tiger" and "duddle bruver (cuddle brother)". And, pleasingly to his word-nerd mother, he's finding the concept of possessives very exciting — "bruver dair (chair)", "mama book", "baby dipper (slipper)", "Nenny (Jenny) car"...It's like the world was in black and white, and colour is seeping in before his very eyes.
