Being a grown up

One day I guess I'll have to get some proper photos taken that I can use for business stuff. In the meantime, Ian's been doing his best.We can't quite work out what the tricks are for getting a good portrait — probably a better face would solve quite a lot of our problems — but clearly knowing how to manage angles, lighting, background and composition would help.In the absence of expertise in those areas, we went for black and white, a child leaping about in the sprinkler on the bank, another child hanging onto our legs, a sultry day, and the hedge.
